If Your Order Arrives Damaged, Incomplete, or Wrong
This is on us, not you. Contact us within 2 days with unboxing photos or a short video, and we will send a replacement at zero extra cost — no return shipping charge, no waiting on a "supplier investigation."
How to Request an Exchange
Step 1 — Contact Us (within 2 days) Email Nesheofficial@nationalsilk.com or WhatsApp +92-300-9666524 with your Order ID and clear photos of the item.
Step 2 — Pack It Securely Original packaging, tags still attached. This keeps your exchange eligible and protects the item in transit.
Step 3 — Ship It Back Once approved, send the item to our fulfillment center. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty — in that case, we cover it.
Step 4 — Inspection & Resolution (3–5 business days) Once received, our team inspects the item. On approval, your replacement or store credit is issued — and we'll keep you updated by WhatsApp/email rather than leaving you to chase us.
